Our Affordable Fees
Our fee for new patients and recertification is $75. There is a separate state fee for your ID card.

You will need to register with the state at www.medicalmarijuana.pa.gov and obtain an ID number before Dr. Smith or Dr. Olson can certify you. Please do this prior to your appointment.
